Welcome to the Canadian Neurological Sciences Federation – 2025 CNSF Congress!
Sessions will be at the Rogers Centre Ottawa, except for the pre-Congress Resident courses, the Residents' and Faculty Social and other general meetings to be held at the Fairmont Château Laurier Hotel, our delegate host hotel - Venue / Hotel MAPS

Event Location
Rogers Centre Ottawa | 55 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, Ontario
Sessions at the Rogers Centre Ottawa (formerly the Shaw Centre) will be held on the 2nd Level (L2) and the 4th Level (L4) of this property.
Fairmont Château Laurier Hotel | 1 Rideau Street, Ottawa, Ontario
The Residents Courses will be held June 8th at the Fairmont Château Laurier Hotel in the Laurier Room and the Drawing Room. Note: A registration desk will be available nearby from 8:00am - 12:30pm to pick up your badge.
The Residents and Faculty Social will also be held at the at the Fairmont Château Laurier Hotel. Monday evening, June 9th from 19:30 – 22:30 in the Adam Room.
Upon Your Arrival
Please come to the Registration & Check-in Desk in order to pick up your name badge and other relevant information. Located at the Rogers Centre Ottawa, Level 2, Rideau Canal Atrium Centre. Avoid the rush. Take advantage of Early Registration available on Sunday evening - Desk Hours / Registration.
Speaker Ready Room
Located at the Rogers Centre Ottawa on Level 2, Room 2B. We ask that all speakers load their PowerPoint presentations at least 3 hours prior to session in the Speaker Ready Room onsite, hours posted here.
Exhibit Hall
The 2025 CNSF Congress Exhibit Hall opens Monday, June 9th at 10:00 AM. Drop in and visit the Exhibitors and Sponsors throughout the week; Monday and Tuesday, open from 10:00 – 17:30 and Wednesday, open form 7:30 – 12:00. Delegate Lunch starting at 12:00pm and Exhibitor’s Networking social at 16:15 on both Monday and Tuesday. Located at the Rogers Centre Ottawa, Level 2, Ottawa Salon.

Evaluations and CME Credits
Fully registered attendees will be asked to log in and complete the Overall Congress Evaluation (OCE) and the Specific Course Evaluation (SCE) surveys from within the CNSF Congress app or event website. Evaluations are required as part of our Accreditation through the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
You will be able to tally your CME credits and download your certificate of attendance. Look for the 'Evals' footer icon within the app or the 'Evaluations / Claim COA' menu item on the website.
