The 2025 CNSF Congress will be held in-person, Monday to Thursday, June 9 - 12 in the vibrant city of Ottawa, Ontario at the Shaw Centre and Fairmont Château Laurier Hotel. The Scientific Program Committee has commenced planning and is asking CNSF members for their input and support in the development of the 2025 Program.

Submit your proposal by September 18, 2024.

If you would like to propose a course to be held during our 2025 Congress, please submit your suggestion by completing the ‘Course Outline’ below. We welcome all suggestions even if your course plan and speakers are not yet fully formed. Complete as many fields as you can at this time.

Most courses are 2.5 hours long and we encourage a variety of formats including case discussions and workshops. Should you adopt the traditional format, we recommend 2-4 speakers per session. > Course/Session Guidelines For Chairs/Speakers

The Professional Development and Scientific Program Committee members, with input from each CNSF Society, are essentially responsible for planning, developing and implementing the Congress Program. These Committees are informed by feedback from previous Congress attendees through the individual session evaluations and overall Congress assessments, the CNSF Membership Survey and other related information and feedback to assist in the development of the Scientific Program for each Congress.

Take some time to thank these CNSF Society members for their dedication, commitment and efforts on behalf of you and your Society.

Claiming your Certificate of Attendance:

Log into the 2024 CNSF Congress Evaluations and COA Portal
Click the TASKS in the following order
Step 1 – TALLY your CME credits by selecting session titles attended
Step 2 – Download / Print Certificate of Attendance

Our Congress is an accredited group learning activity (Section 1); therefore, you earn Continuing Maintenance of Certification (MOC) credits. Members attend the CNSF Congress at a generously discounted registration fee.
